Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Sethrekar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sethrekar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Shava was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable
