History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kadana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She got into the Map Maker business at a young age. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Orianna took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hammer and armor she uses now. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Dain alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Seere lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
