History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Laucian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Laucian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a tan tunic with blue highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her silver hair is lengthy. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Antinua hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A freak accident while working with her Engraver mother left her crippled. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Shadow would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her fur, while still mostly cinnamon, has prominent grey streaks. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Keth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a fancy grey suit. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Cory enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
