History: Oppleby was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
