History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
