History: Phelaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
