Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Smoking reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has never given up on her writing dream.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy green crest. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She has a hunchback. Her long green crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her gold eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and to be a guard again

Description: He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Karash will drive conversation. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Karash was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Ogg reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white hair is knotted and matted. His fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Cressel speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born to a Bowyer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Cressel and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He carries with him a set of pickaxes on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born in a small desert village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Tarhun took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tarhun fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
