This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She conceals her dagger with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and her gloved hand is found clutching a dagger. Her black hair is knotted and matted. Her half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ilde alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born in the north to a Architect, Orsik learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Orsik liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.
