Personality: Synthrin hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Marshal kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Her copper eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Cloak is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Cloak enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cloak abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she feels kind of lost in life
