Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a white tunic with red highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Calcitro isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Calcitro was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gimble embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears bulky brown painted plate armor. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Map Maker who has hired him part-time. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Priest. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he has a crush on the local priest

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Driindar embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was born in a small desert village. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her red fur is braided into rings. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: She is a Stableman first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.
History: Born in the east to a Stableman, Kansif learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Ulfgar took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now mingles about in high society.
