History: Pûgrish was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pûgrish fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Portia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright.
