Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Baern took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Dalaba was born with her father's beautiful face. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.

History: He was born in the north. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He struck the Butcher job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Personality: He is a Shipwright first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shipwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
