History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Faran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Maegan would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her first spouse was a Fisher, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Maegan never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
