History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mantus grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is wearing a long, black cloak. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He has brown eyes.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ûgakûga does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Ûgakûga's homeland. Ûgakûga decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Jade reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: An older woman who is dressed in earthy colors with a white and black handkerchief worn on her left side, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is cut close to her head. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She got into the Gardener business at a young age. Vani liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
