Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cumpen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Cumpen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She wears a blue costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Her golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and revenge

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing a long, yellow cloak and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is knotted and matted. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ivellios will drive conversation. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Ivellios hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He's in love; and a deep hatred of giants

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'2" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Azaki was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Azaki was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She has styled her auburn hair well, parting it to the left. Her ears are large.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
