History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His hair is chestnut and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Frug studied abroad. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Abad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Mozikth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, River grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After months of barely getting by, River managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables.
