Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Valanthe embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Valanthe never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gimgen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born in the west. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Crown-heir. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has a crush on the local crown-heir
