She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Hadwisa was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hadwisa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
