Description: An older woman who is dressed in an above average manner, she is not a threatening figure. She has dyed her greying white crest a little too much giving a sharp white color. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She carries a battered greataxe and tarnished monstrous two handed axe as well. Her beige fur is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Tree wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Drifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Actor and was forced into it by her family; and retire the richest woman in the east

He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears just a grey suit. He carries with him a set of warhammers on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Erias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Erias was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
