Description: She wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times, and carries quarterstaffs. She wears her red hair up. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.
Personality: Nurkara is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Seamstress work with an outfit from a few towns over. Seamstress work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nurkara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His fur is gray, silky, and of moderate length. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 26. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: He was born in a small plains village. Naal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He is portly but not overly obese. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gormogord grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gormogord. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 2'11". He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and his gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Fargas's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When Fargas reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: To be a Dilettante again; and balancing her hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult
