She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Glassblower. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Synthrin speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Layabout, and she later adopted a second son.
