Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A friendly and beautiful Elf, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Born to a Navigator, her father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Phann was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
