Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born in the east to a Fletcher, Mindartis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Fletcher soon after.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This slender man stands about 3'2". He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. His head has been shaved. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: Oren is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Oren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Oren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Oren was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Xanaphia learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels threatened by others

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Joser wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.
History: Joser was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Joser was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Guard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy

Description: This eastern woman wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her fur is white, silky, and of moderate length. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Harvest was born with her mother's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
