History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hagren has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Dell was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. She has worked as a Butcher like her mother before her.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Trail was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and wants to raise her children well

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
