Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Bertram was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: Az-Adar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Az-Adar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region.
