Personality: Right-Handed hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shepherd for the past few years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Alain was taken on many hunting expeditions. Alain abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished spear as well. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Lamlis hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lamlis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Doctor; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: She got into the Scribe business at a young age. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

History: Spear was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Sporting a red mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Helen embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. A true patriot, Helen would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many illithids want her driven away
