History: She was born in the west. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her youth she was a Shipwright, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aura fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
