History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kyle embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Gifted from a young age, Farideh studied abroad. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Farideh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
