Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Syllin was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
