History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Seamstress work with an outfit from a few towns over. Seamstress work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and balancing his hectic life and new seamstress responsibilities is difficult

History: Born to a Doctor, her father struggled to pay the bills. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
