During his travels, Two Llamas and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Two Llamas discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Two Llamas fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She struck the Merchant job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she wants revenge against brigands

Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Fax is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. She found a children's book about a Elf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
