Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Rael was born with his mother's beautiful face. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
