History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Personality: She is fixated on the number 10. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Oppleby isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Navigator.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. She has green eyes.

Personality: Philomena hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She got into the Interpreter business at a young age. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She tends to her Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to clean up the streets

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
