Her moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Gifted from a young age, Althaea studied abroad. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front.
