Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His red hair is braided into rings. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bellfounder born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He got into the Mason business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born to a Glassblower, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has brown hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She is fixated on the number 29. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Cumpen was born with her father's beautiful face. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gorbundus was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
