History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gennal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Vilberg abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Aline liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Hadarai was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hadarai's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hadarai and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people
