History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
