Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Sheggen's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A true patriot, Sheggen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sheggen grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp.
