Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Naeris was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
