Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears bulky brown painted plate armor. Her cinnamon fur is long and unkept. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Emerald is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Emerald was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.
