He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

History: Arha was born with her father's beautiful face. In her youth she was a Herbalist, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Through the years after River was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. River's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
