History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born to a Slave Trader, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety

He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in a small island village. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and an old rival family wants him found
