Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but he was a colossal failure. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was taken from her home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Rieta and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Traulam and her spouse have recently divorced.
