History: Born in the south to a Merchant, Bryseis learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
