History: Riardon was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

History: Nirgel lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Nirgel was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nirgel's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.
