History: Balam hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Balam alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Miner, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.

History: Leaf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Banker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Banker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Banker like her mother before her.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has worked as a Guard like his mother before him.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She has done her best to style her white hair to look like a famous performer. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ulla does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ulla was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ulla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
