History: William lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Galiena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

History: Helja was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Orryn grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Gnome Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
