Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 6'5". He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shield. He has dyed his greying gray fur a little too much giving a sharp gray color. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, River was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors.
