History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Rimmon took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Tyna hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: The child of a Barrister, who enjoyed hunting, Kite was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Kite took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Dee hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She married young, but lost her spouse to goblins. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and a deep hatred of goblins

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After months of barely getting by, Quilla managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has decided she is irredeemable
