History: Azaki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shax was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Aline was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.
